Small Animal Feeding Operation MMP

You have elected to be a Small Animal Feeding Operation (SAFO).
Since you have reduced your Animal Unit Capacity (AUC) to below reporting requirements, you may not file electronically.
SAFO election requires a paper MMP short form submittal.
Please submit the MMP Short Form for Annual Updates Form 542-8162 noting that you have elected to be a SAFO.
The Annual Compliance Fee (ACF) may also be due, as it is for the previous year's animal units.
Please submit payment with Form 542-8162.
In the future as a SAFO, you will not be required to submit an MMP and ACF, unless you exceed 500 animal units, at which time a full P-Index plan will be required. Please contact your Field Office for further information.

Note: Electronically submitted Long Form(s), will be reviewed by DNR prior to the site appearing on the Payment page. 'Long Form - Make Payment' will display in the Pay column when payment can be made. If you wish to submit a paper check for sites that are in "Request for Approval" status, proceed to the payment page to download an invoice.
