Time of Transfer
Welcome to the Iowa DNR Time of Transfer Online Database. This application allows Certified Time of Transfer Inspectors, licensed by the State of Iowa to submit complete Time of Transfer Inspections as required by Chapter 69. The general public may search Time of Transfer Inspection Reports.

Log in to this application with an existing Time of Transfer account. You can also log in using an existing account for another State of Iowa Application using the @IowaID username and the associated password.

Why is this needed? You must create an account in order to submit electronically to the Iowa DNR. Creating an account will protect the security of your submissions and prevent unauthorized individuals from accessing your information. An account is not needed to search submitted inspections.
