install two indoor and one outdoor drinking fountains with bottle refilling stations as a means of reducing bottled water waste, place two food waste receptacles for food waste that will be composted in a large compost tumbler and install audio-video equipment to facilitate general public awareness of recycling and composting and use for special classes and workshops.
