To XML File

Statewide Standards and Chemical Specific Information may be outputted to a XML file. This XML file, in turn, may be used in other applications, such as Microsoft Excel.

For Statewide Standards
  1. Click on "Statewide Standards" from the menu.
  2. From the "Statewide Standards" page, click on the "To XML" button.
  3. A XML file will be generated.
  4. From the browser's menu bar, choose File, Save As.
  5. In the Save As window, navigate to where you'd like to save the file.
  6. Name the file, something like "statewideStandards.xls"
  7. Open Excel, and navigate to your newly saved file. Open the file.
For Chemical Specific Information
  1. Click on "Chemical Specific Info." from the menu.
  2. From the "Chemical List" page, click on "Edit" hyperlink for any chemical.
  3. From the "Chemical Specific Information" page, click on the "To XML" button.
  4. A XML file will be generated.
  5. From the browser's menu bar, choose File, Save As.
  6. In the Save As window, navigate to where you'd like to save the file.
  7. Name the file, something like "chemicals.xls"
  8. Open Excel, and navigate to your newly saved file. Open the file.
