To XML File
Statewide Standards and Chemical Specific Information may be outputted to
a XML file. This XML file, in turn, may be used in other applications, such
as Microsoft Excel.
For Statewide Standards
- Click on "Statewide Standards" from the menu.
- From the "Statewide Standards" page, click on the "To XML" button.
- A XML file will be generated.
- From the browser's menu bar, choose File, Save As.
- In the Save As window, navigate to where you'd like to save the file.
- Name the file, something like "statewideStandards.xls"
- Open Excel, and navigate to your newly saved file. Open the file.
For Chemical Specific Information
- Click on "Chemical Specific Info." from the menu.
- From the "Chemical List" page, click on "Edit" hyperlink for any chemical.
- From the "Chemical Specific Information" page, click on the "To XML" button.
- A XML file will be generated.
- From the browser's menu bar, choose File, Save As.
- In the Save As window, navigate to where you'd like to save the file.
- Name the file, something like "chemicals.xls"
- Open Excel, and navigate to your newly saved file. Open the file.
