Fishing Forecast

The fishery in Folsom Lake was renovated to remove invasive and river fish species in the fall of 2021. Restocking began soon after with the introduction of adult Largemouth Bass, fingerling Bluegill, and fingerling Channel Catfish. A fishable population is expected to return to the lake sometime in 2024.(2023)
