A 2024 electrofishing survey shows a trophy bass population at Sawmill with 24 % of the bass sampled being over 15 inches and 8% of the bass sampled being over 20 inches. Black and White Crappie were also present in the sample, but no crappie over 8 inches was observed. Bluegill catch rates and size structure was low with no bluegill over 7 inches being sampled.(2024)
