22672 		Letter was received from Curries on 9/16/11. 3M provided documentation showing that the VOC content of the Fastbond 30H material had not changed. The VOC content is 0.38 lbs/gallon. This is in compliance with the permit requirement. Curries has adequately addressed all issues raised during the 7/13/11 AQ inspection.

21954 		Written response was received from Curries on 8/15/11. Curries is trying to determine from 3M the correct VOC content for Fastbond 30H. If it is determined it exceeds the limit of 0.5 lb/gal in the current permit, they will seek a permit amendment. Record keeping has been modified to start maintaining a 12-month rolling total of hours of operation of the welder.

21627 		Air quality inspection conducted on 7/13/11. Discovered two minor deficiencies: 1) VOC content of adhesive used in the adhesive roll coater was increased over the permit limit by issuance of a new MSDS sheet, and 2) failure to maintain 12-month rolling totals of hours of operation of a back-up welding system.
