34413 		I visited the site and met with Blaine Stout, equipment operator for TK Concrete. I could see dust control chemicals on the entrance road, but there was some dust being trailed out onto the street. On-site dust generated by trucks where no treatment was done was at about 50% opacity. Off-site on the street the dust generated about 30% opacity as it moved to the southeast (NW wind). Two trucks came to the site during my hour-long visit. I took photos.

I then went to City Hall and talked with the clerk. She said the city did not have a street sweeper. I then talked to Tony Vermeer with TK. He said they would be re-applying dust control within the week before Redings arrive to grind concrete next week. He also agreed to sweep the street as needed.
