77244 		On July 25, 2018 I stopped at the facility and I spoke with Sara Winters, Location Team Leader about the complaint. Sara stated that due to the wet weather they have not applied any dust control. I asked if they have a set schedule or how often do they contract for dust control. Ms. Winters stated that they only contract on an as needed basis with Woody's Dust Control out of Rudd. But that they plan to have dust control applied by they 27th depending on the weather conditions. She stated that she informed the complainant of that fact as well. I stated that would be fine and to be sure to stay on top of dust control.

I stopped at the complainant's house and spoke with their daughter as Kristian works 3rd shift and was sleeping. I informed the daughter that the Coop plans to have dust control applied this week weather permitting. I gave her my card and to have Kristian call if there were any questions. No further action.
