38564 		4/8/2014 ~1500: At Vision Ag (Farmers Cooperative Association) in Ainsworth to check on cleanup of the open burn area. I met with Brian Wood and he went with me to the area of the former burn pile. The burn area appeared to be cleaned up to the satisfaction of the Department. I took some photos to document that the area had been cleaned up and informed Mr. Wood that we would still need to get copies of the disposal documentation before I could close out the complaint.
