20881 		I inspected the UST system on April 29, 2011. An inspection report was sent on June 7, 2011 with the following requirements:
By August 5, 2011 you are required to address the following issues and provide a written response to this office:
• Explain why an alternate method of leak detection was not used for the month of October 2010 when the Red Jacket ST-1400 ATG was malfunctioning.
• Explain why the ATG tank leak test results for the months of April 2010 through June 2010 for Tank 1 (4,000 gallon regular unleaded gasoline tank) were passing but the SIR results for Tank 1 for those months showed a failing result.
• Have the cathodic protection system tested for the product piping for the two 4,000 gallon tanks (Tank 1 – regular unleaded gasoline and Tank 2 – no lead plus gasoline) and submit the results to this office.
• Remove the water from the below dispenser containment sump at the diesel fuel satellite dispenser.
• Remove the water from the 6,000 gallon diesel fuel tank STP sump.
• At the northeast gasoline dispenser check the piping for super unleaded gasoline for leaks and make repairs as needed.
• Remove the fuel from the spill bucket at the 4,000 gallon regular unleaded gasoline tank (north gasoline tank). Empty each spill basin before and after each fuel delivery, and keep an inspection record.
