Why did the occurrence happen:	As a result of the derecho storm event on 8/10/2020, facility lost power. Subsequently, the North Cooling Tower overflowed its pits and flowed northward to the nearest storm water drain(s), which discharges to a storm water basin. Although the basin's storm water valve was closed, the volume of discharge in addition to the rains exceeded the confines of the storm water basin and entered the unnamed tributary of Prairie Creek.
What was done to stop the occurence:	Emergency cooling water (potable water) for an emergency-powered air compressor contributed to the flow to the North Cooling Tower. When practicable, air compressor was shut down. No negative consequences were observed on the nearby creek or on Prairie Creek.
