10/10/2016	On 09/14/16, I explained that FO1 can look at ground level sources such as AFOs or other surfaces. I reminded Rick that FO1 got the Iowa Geological Survey involved to try to get Rick safe water. On 09/27/16, I conducted a MMP and on site inspection of this site. No violations were discovered.
