I just wanted to remind you that we
agreed during our site visit last Thursday (4/16/09) that you would submit a
compliance plan (with time schedule) for the Metro Park West Landfill
operation. I have a plan recently submitted by Barker Lemar, but it
doesn’t directly address operational issues like daily cover, litter control,
erosion, misplaced waste, etc. that we saw when we drove around the site.
[The plan does state that the unlined areas will be closed by October
2009.]
Please send me your plan within the
next week if possible. Thanks Mike.
