I have been observing heavy traffic flow today for the TK/Maximum plant.  Usually heavy traffic flow doesn't begin until 4 pm or after.  Today, I have notice four from 12:30-1:30 pm and six from 1:30 to 2:30 pm.  I know I missed counting some of the trucks as I was counting the North lot and other trucks went West and dumped. The amount of dust that is being created by the heavy trucks running over the lot and dust created by dumping large amounts of concrete is ridiculous!  Myself and several neighboors have taken video of this and photos.  The amount of concrete that has been piled up indicates they are intending to grind soon!
