The following projects are currently advertised for bids. Interested bidders may find general information about each project, as well as printable actual Contract Documents in PDF format. The general information is the same project description provided to Newspapers and by direct mail solicitations. The Contract Documents include the Drawings and the entire Project Manual. Drawings can be printed on any regular or large format printers. The Project Manual includes Proposal Forms, Front End Documents, General and Supplementary Covenants, and Technical specifications. All these are also completely printable.
Effective October 2009, the Department will no longer be responsible for providing hard copy notice to bidders or addenda to either contractors or plan rooms. An email listserv has been created to communicate electronically with vendors currently on file with the DNR. As a member of this listserv, you will receive electronic notice to bidder information on a regular basis.

The Department will be utilizing the vendor Beeline and Blue to provide printed copies of Plans and Specifications and Addenda upon request. The department will no longer provide complimentary copies of Plans and Specifications to contractors or sub-contractors after award of the contract. This Project will install six (6) new security gates at three locations within Lake Manawa State Park. These gates will keep people out of the Park while closed and allow free access to the Park during operational hours.
Severe hail damage to roofs, gutters, and siding, to various buildings, has occurred at Lacey Keosauqua State Park. This project will repair that damage with new roofs, siding and gutters to bring the structures back to their original look.
This project is designed to enhance an existing wetland pool on the Wapiti Tract of the Elk Lake wetland complex, in Clay County, Iowa. Work under this project includes earthfill (dike construction) and installation of a 10" inline water level control structure.

This project is designed to replace an existing 2,225 gallon 3 chamber style concrete septic tank with a 2,225 gallon single chamber precast concrete septic tank.

This project consist of adjusting the flow line for one of the 60 inch culverts under the county road. Contractor will remove & replace the concrete panels above the culvert, after lowering the culvert down by one foot. Work also includes dredging a channel on the north side of the culvert and cleaning 330 feet of the ditch on south side of the culvert.
