Used assessment of support of the Class B(LR) aquatic life uses developed for the 1994 report (=FST). The exceptional quality of the aquatic habitat upstream from the I-35 bridge (compared to the channelization-impaired reach downstream from the I-35 bridge) is the controlling factor in assessing the Class B(LR) aquatic life uses as FST.
