Basis for Assessment
Used results of the November 1989 DNR stream assessments in Washington County to assess support of the Class B(LR) aquatic life uses as FST due to presence of a moderately diverse fish community and several areas of exceptional habitat, with deep pools, riffles, and well-timbered riparian areas. Several reaches have been straightened, but the stream posseses sufficient undisturbed areas to justify the FST category.
