Assessment Comments

Stream use assessment in Scott County.

Basis for Assessment

Stream assessment form indicates fairly good habitat quality.  Some diversity of substrates and several pool/riffle sequences observed.  Very small amount of flow observed.  Fair diversity of fish (all cyprinids) and abundance of small ones noted.  Stream straightening and susceptibility to low flows are possible threats to integrity of aquatic community.
