Basis for Assessment
Used results of the 1995 RAFT sampling near Hamm Island at Dubuque to assess fish consumption uses as FST. Levels of all contaminants were < 1/2 FDA action levels in samples of bottom feeder (carp fillets) and predator species (white crappie fillets). Reach also sampled in 1994 at the RAFT trend site; all contaminants in sample of whole-fish carp were < 1/2 FDA action levels.
