EXPLANATION: The aquatic life uses remain assessed as "partially supported" based on review and approval of the previous (1998) assessment by the DNR Wildlife Bureau in 2000. The water quality trend for this wetland area was identified as "stable to declining." According to the DNR Wildlife Bureau, wetland quality varies from year to year due to fluctuations in the flood pool of Coralville Reservoir.
