Assessment is based on results of IDNR ambient monthly monitoring near LaPorte City.
Basis for Assessment
No violations of Class B WQC; thus assess support of uses as FST due to known threats from agricultural nonpoint sources. Stream fish surveys conducted at Tama-Benton county line show good habitat and a locally very diverse fish community. Thus, despite PS assessment given to reach of Wolf Creek upstream from Twelevemile Cr, I assessed the lower B(WW) reach as FST.
