Continued to assess support of the Class B(LR) aquatic life uses as FST due to (1) lack of any significant threats to continued support of aquatic life uses, (2) moderately diverse fish community (11 species from 4 families, plus several pollution-intolerant species such as smallmouth bass, rock bass, and northern hogsucker), and (3) presence of a majority of the expected fish taxa (8 of 11) for streams in the Iowan Surface subecoregion (47c). The data upon which this assessment is based are more than 5 years old. Additional monitoring is needed to update this assessment.
