Basis for Assessment
Changed assessment of aquatic life uses from PS to FST due to (1) better than average fish score [=13], (2) notes on field sheet ["stream meanders thru [sic] pasture but good runs and pools between riffles every 300 feet or so"], (3) below average habitat score due to pastured (non-tree) riparian area (i.e., not necessarily an adverse impact).
