Basis for Assessment

Stream assessment form indicates fairly good habitat.   Stream is meandering in some areas and extensively channelized in others Channel bends and woody debris provide some diversity of habitat and structure.   Relatively good diversity of fish and good numbers of fish including good channel catfish population.   Fish community is threatened by channelization impacts and sediment.
