Assessment Comments
Three 1991 stream use assessment sites: two in Delaware County and one in Clayton County.
Basis for Assessment
Two locations in B(LR) segment were assessed. Downstream location had above average habitat and upstream location had below average habitat. Good diversity of substrate types and several pool/riffle sequences observed at both locations. Extensive pasture use impacts were noted at upstream location. Pasture impacts were less evident at downstream location. Fair diversity of fish observed at both locations. Pasture use is probably greatest threat to integrity of aquatic community.
