Basis for Assessment
Continued to use the assessment of support of the Class A primary contact recreation uses and the Class B(LW) aquatic life uses developed for the 1994 report (both uses = NS). This assessment was reviewed and approved by the DNR Wildlife Bureau, who recommended that siltation from nonpoint sources, as well as hydrological habitat modification, be identified as the primary water quality impairments.
