Assessment is based on results of IDNR ambient quarterly monitoring near Mapleton.
Basis for Assessment
Used results from quarterly WQ monitoring station. No violations of Class B WQC were reported; thus, support of Class B uses should be FS. Known threats to support of uses from agricultural NPS, and known impacts of channelizat, especially in the lower portion of this waterbody, suggest that the support of aquatic life uses should be assessed as PS.
