Basis for Assessment
Divided the B(LR) segment into two equal subsegments. Used the 1990 stream assessment for the dwnstr. subsegment and data from biocriteria sampling location for upstr. subsegment. Fish and habitat metrics from stream assessment protocol were applied to the biocriteria data to make assessment.
