Monitored in 1992 by ISU as part of Clean Lakes Classification Study (1994).
Basis for Assessment
The assessments developed for the 1994 and 1996 reports were reviewed and approved by the DNR Fisheries Bureau. Thus, the Class A (primary contact recreation) uses are assessed as FST while the Class B(LW) aquatic life uses are assessed as PS due to siltation impacts primarily from agricultural nonpoint sources. At the recommendation of the DNR Fisheries Bureau, this lake was placed on the 1998 list of Section 303(d) waters.
