Assessment based on 1992 DNR stream use assessments conducted in Crawford county.
Basis for Assessment
Used the assessment of support of the Class B(LR) aquatic life developed for the 1994 report (=PS). A review of the field sheets from the July 1992 DNR stream use assessments suggests that the fish community of the E. Boyer R. lacks several species/genera typical of Class B(LR) streams in this region. Follow-up monitoring is needed to determine the status of the aquatic communities and habitats of this stream and to determine the degree to which the Class B(LR) uses may be impaired.
