Assessment Comments

Assessment is based on results of an October 1995 DNR stream use assessment.

Basis for Assessment

Continued to use the assessment of support of the Class B(LR) aquatic life uses developed for the 1996 report (=FST).   A review of the field sheet from the October 1995 DNR stream use assessments suggests that the primary threats to the continued support of the Class B(LR) uses are frequent channelization, pasturing of the riparian corridor, and the resultant destabilization and erosion of stream banks.
