Three stream use assessments in July 1991.
Basis for Assessment
Stream assessment forms indicate below average habitat quality. Wide & shallow stream habitat conditions prevailed at 2 locations assessed. Silt and sand substrate dominant. Mostly run habitat, although scoured areas around woody debris provide some depth and diversity of habitat. Best habitat found toward headwaters where stream is more meandered. Long reaches of old channelization are common otherwise. Fair diversity of fish observed, but generally low numbers per species except for cyprinids.
