Assessment is based on IDNR ambient monitoring west of Jefferson.
Basis for Assessment
Had no violations of Class B WQC at quarterly monitoring station W of Jefferson; thus, assessed aquatic life use support as FST due to presumed impacts from NPS pollution. Had 3 of the 5 non flow-affected samples with levels of fecal coliform bacteria > the Class A WQ criterion (= 60% violation=NS based on BPJ and on based on high % of violations at DNR monthly monitoring station immediately downstream from Sac City).
