Stream assessment forms indicate below average habitat quality but above average fish community. Fish community may be augmented by Lake Colchester located on Middle Creek toward the headwaters. Stream lacks substr. diversity and possibly low flow stability. Isolated cases of channelization and removal of riparian veg. are threats to integrity of aquatic community.
