Basis for Assessment
Monitoring in 1992 and 1993 showed no violations of WQC; however, assessments upstream suggest impairments to aquatic life uses due to habitat alterations, especially channelization; thus, assess as PS and used same causes and sources of impairments as those identified through field assessments for stream use designation.
