Basis for Assessment

Continue to use the assessments of support of the Class A primary contact recreation uses (=NS) and the Class B(LW) aquatic life uses (=PS) developed for the 1994 and 1996 reports.   These assessments were reviewed by the DNR Fisheries Bureau.   Based on this review, the water quality impact due to "aquatic plants" (305(b) code 2200) was changed to "excessive algal growth" (305(b) code 2210).
