The Authorization Number was 667. Please note that the web-based system did not accept this authorization number, which is why "new Permit" was selected. The stormwater requirements were included into the Facility's NPDES Wastewater Permit and the GP1 rescinded (10/1/2007). Please note that the facility is now retired. As such, IPL wishes to rescind the NPDES Wastewater Permit. However, the NPDES Wastewater Permit contains the aforementioned stormwater requirements. As such, IPL wishes to request coverage under GP1 for Stormwater associated with the facility.
